Chuck E. Cheese started making dated video arcade tokens in 1977 and has made a HUGE number of different tokens since then (see www.arcadetokens.net/cec/CEC.html for a listing of known tokens). After 2016 they mostly changed to cards, and now only a few games in some locations still use tokens. This is a standard 25mm brass token, same design on both sides. This juvenile head type was used at corporate locations and is somewhat more common than the adult head design used at franchise locations.
