This is the successor model to the PMA-390.
As a result of thorough consideration of the optimal placement of switches and volume controls, and the appropriate placement of parts using DENON's unique short signal technology, the signal lines leading to the input terminals and speaker terminals have been simplified.
It is equipped with three tone controls: Bass, Treble, and Variable Loudness, allowing for adjustment of low and high frequencies.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a source direct switch. When this switch is turned ON, the tone control circuit and balance circuit are bypassed, and the signal is directly input to the power amplifier circuit via the main volume.
It is equipped with an equalizer amplifier compatible with MM cartridges.
This model has some issues with the button switches on the main unit.
The remote control makes switching easy.
A remote control that can operate this model is included.
It has the easy-to-listen-to sound characteristic of DENON.
