How to fit your teeth Grillz instructions
1. Adjust the Grillz to the shape of your mouth
2. Place the silicone bar in between the prongs & secure it in place.
3. Put the silicone bar inside the Grillz together in hot water. Wait about 15 sec or until the bar becomes clear
( Be careful it's hot! )
4. Firmly place the Grillz onto your teeth and adjust if necessary
Wait 30 seconds for the silicone bar to harden. And that's it you are done.
