I got a new one for Christmas because the cleaning function wasn't working and the time wouldn't set
This never affected the ability to make coffee
Has lots of different settings depending on what style coffee you want. The steel carafe is great! Your coffee will stay warm for hours and there's no need for a hot plate on the machine
After leaving it unplugged for a while, everything works fine now
I've run the cleaning cycle three times
Just not sure how long before you'd have to reset it again
