Sterling Silver Turquoise Coral Cluster Ring HUGE Southwestern Adjustable Size

This is a HUGE southwestern statement ring. It is sterling silver with an adjustable band which currently sits at a size 7.5. The face of the ring has a large oval turquoise cabochon in the center measuring 7/8" tall by 5/8" wide. Clustered around the edges are alternating cabochons of coral and turquoise. Everything is prong set, except it does appear there is glue on the edge of at least one stone so maybe the stones were glued in before the prongs were folded over??? The whole face of the ring measures 1 5/8" tall by 1 3/8" wide and the ring weighs 22 grams. One small turquoise stone has a hairline crack (see the first photo—it’s the first turquoise after the 6 o’clock coral piece).
